Chairman Eggert opened the Public Hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard. There being none, she closed the Public <br />Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Commissioner <br />Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted Resolution 92-54, <br />confirming the special assessments in connection with <br />wastewater service to the Blue Cypress Lake Fishing Club <br />area and providing for special assessment liens to be <br />made of record. <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL IS ATTACHED TO RESOLUTION 92-54 ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />COORDINATED TRANSPORTATION DISADVANTAGED DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />TRANSMITTAL TO THE STATE <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 3/23/92: <br />TO: James E. Chandler <br />County Administrator <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD CONCURRENCE <br />4o4bdert-14.ng, P <br />Community Deve opm t Director <br />FROM: Sasan Rohani S-7, f- <br />Chief, Long -Range Planning <br />DATE: March 23, 1992 <br />RE: TRANSMITTAL OF THE COORDINATED TRANSPORTATION <br />DISADVANTAGED DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA <br />TRANSPORTATION DISADVANTAGED COMMISSION <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular <br />meeting of April 7, 1992. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On May 8, 1990, the Board of County Commissioners (BCC)'approved <br />the transmittal of the county's application to the state to become <br />the local Designated Official Planning Agency (DOPA) for the <br />provision of transportation disadvantaged planning activities in <br />the area. In its capacity as the DOPA, the Board of County <br />Commissioners is responsible for coordinating transportation <br />disadvantaged resources in the county. <br />45 <br />APR 07 1992 <br />
