Finney, SRA <br />County Right of Way Agent <br />SUBJECT: Additional Right -of -Way Purchase / Poklar / 33rd Street <br />(between 58th Avenue & 66th Avenue) <br />DATE: April 19, 1992 CONSENTyAGENDA <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Indian River County is needing an additional 25 feet of right-of- <br />way for the petition paving project on 33rd Street. The Board of <br />County Commissioners previously approved the purchase of the right- <br />of-way along this corridor on January 21, 1992. <br />The property owner has signed a sale/purchase contract at the <br />land's appraised value of $1,372.00 ($.45 per square foot). <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff requests the Board accept the contract and authorize the <br />Chairman's signature thereon. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />and authorized the Chairman to execute the Contract <br />for Sale and Purchase with Henry F. Poklar, Jr., and <br />Dorothy M. Poklar, his wife, in the amount of <br />$1,372.00, as recommended by staff. <br />SAID CONTRACT <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />E.
