Finney, SRA -✓ <br />County Right of Way Agent <br />SUBJECT: Additional Right -of -Way Purchase / 26th Street (between <br />Village Green & 66th Avenue) <br />DATE: April 15, 1992 'CONSENT AGENDA <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Indian River County is needing an additional 30 feet of right-of- <br />way for the petition paving project on 26th Street. The Board of <br />County Commissioners previously approved the purchase of the right- <br />of-way along this corridor on January 21, 1992. <br />The property owners, Mr. William Caldwell and E. Peter Prezzano, <br />have signed a sale/purchase contract at the land's appraised value <br />of $7,013.00 ($.35 per square foot) for the .46 acre right-of-way. <br />Staff requests the Board accept the contract and authorize the <br />Chairman's signature thereon. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />and authorized the Chairman to execute the Contract <br />for Sale and Purchase with William W. Caldwell and <br />E. Peter Prezzano in the amount of $7,013.00, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />SAID CONTRACT <br />IS ON -FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />F.
