ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Attached is a copy of the progress reports and invoices for the <br />January 1, 1992 to March 31, 1992 period. <br />Finished products such as -the Coordinated Transportation <br />Disadvantaged. Development Plan, TDLCB meeting minutes, by-laws, and <br />reports are required to accompany all reimbursement invoices. <br />These materials will be submitted to the state along with the <br />reimbursement invoices and the progress reports. <br />The BCC/DOPA's alternatives are either to approve the transmittal <br />of the Progress Reports and reimbursement invoices as submitted, to <br />approve transmittal of the Progress Reports and invoices with <br />revisions, or to deny the transmittal of the Progress Reports and <br />reimbursement invoices to the state. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The TDLCB and the staff recommend that the Board of County <br />Commissioners/DOPA approve the Progress Reports and reimbursement <br />invoices, and direct staff to transmit the reports and the invoices <br />to the State of Florida Transportation Disadvantaged Commission. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Progress Reports and reimbursement invoices and <br />directed staff to transmit the reports and invoices <br />to the State of Florida Transportation Disadvantaged <br />Commission. <br />G. Release of Street Light Assessment Lien <br />The Board reviewed memo from Deputy County Attorney Will <br />Collins dated April 21, 1992: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: jA:i C William G. Collins II - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: April 21, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: Release of Street Light Assessment Lien <br />By Resolution No.. <br />91-78 the Board <br />of County <br />Commissioners approved an <br />assessment roll for <br />the establishment <br />of a street <br />lighting district in Glendale <br />Lakes Subdivision <br />on July 23, 1991. <br />Individual <br />assessments for the street <br />lighting improvements are assessed <br />against the <br />benefiting property owners <br />for the first year <br />of the assessment. Subsequent assessments appear on <br />their tax bills. <br />One of _the benefiting property owners, Barbara Kay Staples f/k/a Barbara <br />Kay D'Albora, has re -financed the benefited lot and as a requirement of the <br />title insurance commitment, must obtain a release of the lien for the street <br />lighting assessment. <br />9 <br />1�` BOOS( 8� ; <br />
