DeBloisCP <br />Chief, Environmental Planning <br />& Code Enforcement Section <br />FROM: Betty Davis <br />Code Enforcement Officer <br />DATE: April 61 1992 <br />SUBJECT: Public Nuisance Violation <br />Property Owner: Brenda Bright <br />Subject Property: 8600 64th Avenue, Wabasso <br />It is requested that the data presented herein be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular <br />meeting of April 28, 1992. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />On December 10, 1991, code enforcement staff sent a Notice of <br />Public Nuisance to Brenda Bright, owner of the subject property, <br />concerning a hazardous public nuisance condition on the subject <br />property. The subject property has a legal description as follows: <br />Parcel No.: 29-31-39-00000-5000-00132.0 <br />.5 Acre in SW corner of S 1/2 of NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of SW <br />1/4 of Section 29, Township 31 S. Range 39 E as described <br />in Bk 61, Pg 181, less W 25 ft. for Rd r/w, O.R. Bk 736, <br />Page 3002. <br />The Respondent was cited for maintaining the property in violation <br />of Sections 973.01 and 973.03 of the County Land Development <br />Regulations, which prohibit conditions on property that are a <br />health and safety hazard to the general public, thereby being a <br />public nuisance. Specifically, the public nuisance was described <br />as follows: <br />Dead australian pine trees that were a health and safety <br />hazard to the surrounding single-family residences. <br />The subject property was also posted as set forth in Section 973.09 <br />of the County Code, giving the Respondent thirty (30) days to abate <br />the nuisance. <br />The nuisance violation was not abated within the required thirty <br />(30) day time period. Therefore, in accordance with County Code <br />Section 973.04(2), County Personnel (i.e., the Road & Bridge <br />Division) cleared the nuisance violation. <br />59 <br />APP 8199 <br />BOOK ;;:.�L �i__ <br />
