ANALYSIS: <br />BOOK t � r,�6L I j d <br />The required subdivision improvements have not been completed by <br />the developer; however, the developer has obtained a Land <br />Development Permit for construction of the subdivision. The <br />developer wishes to proceed with recording the subdivision plat and <br />proposes to "bond -out" for construction of the subdivision pursuant <br />to the provisions of LDR Section 913.10. The developer has <br />submitted a Contract for Construction of Required Subdivision <br />Improvements and posted suitable security, approved by the County <br />Attorney's Office, to guarantee the- Contract. With these <br />documents, the developer has complied with the appropriate <br />requirements to obtain final plat approval. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant final <br />plat approval for the Seaside Subdivision, authorize the Chairman <br />to execute the Contract for Construction, and accept the posted <br />security to guarantee the Contract for Construction. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously granted <br />final plat approval for Seaside Subdivision, <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the Contract for <br />Construction, and accepted the posted security to <br />guarantee the Contract for Construction, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />SAID CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION, WITH EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED, <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET <br />C. 1993 Collection Development Grant Contracts <br />The Board reviewed memo from Library Director Mary Powell <br />dated April 13, 1992: <br />4 <br />
