The CONTRACTOR shall provide the final building design for the"Exterior Shelter <br /> Structures", including all requisite architectural and engineering design and drawings <br /> necessary to obtain a building permit. <br /> B. Indian River County's requirements- In accordance with Florida Statutes Section 218.80, <br /> the"Public Bid Disclosure Act", Indian River County as OWNER is obligated to disclose all <br /> license, permit, impact or inspection fees that are payable to Indian River County as OWNER <br /> in connection with the construction of the Work by the accepted Bidder. <br /> 1 The County will obtain/provide the following. <br /> a COVB Site Plan Approval— No. SP15-000014; issued 12/8/15 <br /> b Site Development permits, including. <br /> - SJRWMD—No. 142891-1, issued 8/14/15 <br /> - ACOE— No. SAJ-2015-02417 (NW-46), issued 8/5/15 <br /> - FDEP Waste Water— No. 0039141-039-DWC-CG, issued 9/23/15 <br /> - FDEP Drinking Water— No. 0080446-239-DSGP, issued 9/23/15 <br /> - COVB Utility Construction—approval issued 12/8/15 <br /> - COVB Tree Removal —No TR15-000086; issued 12/8/15 <br /> - IRC R-O-W— No 2015090351; issued 11/23/15 <br /> c. Initial Building Plan Review for the "Primary Building Structure" and "Site <br /> work" The IRC Building Department plan review is complete and is ready <br /> for a Building permit to be issued once the building contractor submits the <br /> building permit application <br /> - Permit Application No 2015100221 <br /> NOTE- This does not include the plan review for the "Exterior Shelter <br /> Structures". The contractor shall provide final design, engineering and <br /> architectural design and prepare and submit all requisite permit applications for <br /> these structures. <br /> 2. The County will pay for- <br /> 1. All site development/impact/concurrency fees. <br /> 2. COVB, Comcast, and AT&T utility connection fees and other direct expenses <br /> charged by COVB, Comcast, and AT&T for permanent utility system <br /> modifications, extensions, and connections. <br /> 3 COVB water and wastewater utility permanent connection and line extension <br /> fees charged by COVB. <br /> 4. SWDD Fees (Waste). <br /> 5 IRC Building Plan Review Fee, IRC Building permit fee. <br /> 6 FGBC Commercial Building Certification review fee. <br /> C FGBC Commercial Building Certification —The County, together with the assistance of the <br /> project design team and the contractor, will submit an application for FGBC Commercial <br /> Building Certification. The County, through its LEED coordinator, will prepare the application <br /> and submit it with supporting documentation provided by the design team and contractor. The <br /> contractor has a significant responsibility to ensure certification is obtained <br /> SC-11.01 Cost of the Work <br /> 00800-10 <br />
