<br /> 1.4 WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
<br /> A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
<br /> 1. The construction of one enclosed/partially enclosed habitable single story structure,
<br /> several exterior roof covered pre-manufactured structures,and all associated site work:
<br /> a. 1,732 SF single story structure (the "Primary Building Structure")
<br /> constructed with a concrete slab on grade with a monolithic concrete foundation,
<br /> concrete block masonry walls and pre-engineered wood roof trusses. All
<br /> architectural design has been provided by IRC (owner).
<br /> b. 3,410 SF +/- (as measured to exterior of columns) exterior roof covered, pre-
<br /> manufactured building structure(s) (the "Exterior Shelter Structures")
<br /> approximately 10 FT+/-width and with a total length of 330 FT+/-, lying in an
<br /> irregular/non-linear shape. Preliminary architectural design has been provided
<br /> by IRC (owner). The building system design shall be signed and sealed by a
<br /> Florida Licensed architect and/or engineer as required by the Building
<br /> Department and provided by the contractor. The building system shall be a
