Amendment to Section B7: Section B7, is amended to add the following to language to the <br />end of the Section: All alcohol sales shall cease no later than 45 minutes prior to the daily <br />conclusion of any stage performance or by 10:00 pm on Friday October 21, 2016 and Saturday <br />October 22, 2016 and by 9:00pm on Sunday October 23, 2016,_whichever occurs first <br />respectively. <br />4. Amendment to Section B17: Section 1317, is amended to increase the Liquor Liability <br />insurance requirement from $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit to $3,000,000 Combined Single <br />Limit. <br />5. Amendments Referencing Indian River County Code Section 205.08: All references to <br />Section 205.08 of the Indian River County Code of Ordinances, including in the fourth <br />"Whereas" clause and Section B7 of the Agreement, shall be deleted. <br />6. Amendment to Section B7. References to "festival permit" in Section B7, shall be deleted. <br />7.
