The Subgrantee/ <br /> Subrecipient is also be subject to the requirements in the General Services <br /> Administrative Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended and Ineligible <br /> Contractors, in accordance with 44 C F R § 17 <br /> 14) MODIFICATION AND TIME FOR PERFORMANCE. <br /> a. Any amendments to, or modification of, this Agreement, including a modification <br /> extending the time for completion of a project, must be in writing, must be subject <br /> to the same terms and conditions as those set out in the initial Agreement, and <br /> takes effect only upon execution by both parties <br /> b. Modifications to any Project Worksheet to be funded under this Agreement may <br /> be requested by the Subgrantee/Subrecipient through the Grantee/Recipient. The <br /> approval of any such modifications, however, is at the sole discretion of FEMA. <br /> c. Any approved modification to a Project Worksheet must be noted in a new Project <br /> Worksheet version for the project and in any amendment to this Agreement <br /> d The time allowed for the performance of eligible emergency work is six (6) months <br /> from the date of the presidential major disaster declaration, unless extended by <br /> the Grantee/Recipient or FEMA <br /> e The time allowed for the performance of eligible permanent work is eighteen (18) <br /> months from the date of the presidential major disaster declaration, unless <br /> extended by the Grantee/Recipient or FEMA <br /> f The time for project completion can only be extended once unless the failure of the <br /> Subgrantee/Subrecipient to close out the project is caused by events beyond its <br /> PA Funding Agreement FEMA-4283-DR-FL page 12 of 23 <br />
