<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING
<br />CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION, LOTS 20
<br />& 21, BLOCK G, ACCORDING TO TETE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED
<br />IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 96 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN
<br />RIVER COUNTY
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below,
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public
<br />purposes'..
<br />NOW,•THEREFORE, BE•IT RL6LVBD,by the Board of County.,
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
<br />a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing
<br />address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
<br />Doretha Jones, successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose
<br />mailing address is 4720 28th Court, Vero Beach, Florida 32967
<br />Grantee, as follows:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and
<br />interest that it may have in the following described easements:
<br />the common two and one-half (2 1/2) foot side lot utility
<br />easements of Lots 20 & 21, Block G, Oslo Park
<br />Subdivision, being the southerly two and one-half (2 1/2)
<br />feet of Lot 20, and the northerly two and one-half (2
<br />1/12) fadt Of Lot 21, Section 24, Township 33 South,
<br />Renge 39 East, of the Public Records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
<br />THIS RE90LUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner
<br />Scurlock , seconded by Commissioner _Bird , and
