Goal #2: 85% of the children enrolled in the Childcare Resources program a minimum of one <br />year will show progress in development in the course of the school year as measured by Speed <br />Dial R, Katz Social/Emotional Checklist, Ages and Stages. Baseline: pre-tests administered in <br />the fall of the 2015-2016 school year. <br />Outcome: 90 percent of the children have shown progress in development. <br />• Contracting Centers: 91% improvement <br />• Childcare Resources School: 88% improvement <br />Goal #3: Childcare Resources parents will maintain 100% compliance in all of areas of required <br />parent participation during the 2015-2016 school year as measured by the parent participation <br />log. <br />Outcome: 100% of the parents have completed their required parent participation. <br />CHILDCARE RESOURCES OF INDIAN RIVER <br />Psychological Services <br />(Statistics as of 9/30/2016) <br />Grant: $5,925.00 <br />Funds Used as of 9/30/2016: $5,925.00 <br />Total children served as of 9/30/2016: 17 children <br />11 parents or other adults in the household <br />Focus Areas Addressed: Psychological Services <br />Taxonomy #: RP -450.650; RP -150.330 <br />Program Description: This program is designed to provide access to licensed mental health <br />professionals for those families in our program (low income, working families who live in Indian <br />River County). <br />Collaboration. Mental Health Association <br />GOALS/OUTCOMES REPORT (10/1/2015-9/30/2016) <br />Goal #1: 90% of individuals attending more than two therapy sessions will raise their <br />functioning, as measured by the Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF) assessment or other <br />screening devices (Ages & Stages, Katz Social Attributes Checklist). Only children in Childcare <br />Resources program one full year or more will be included. Baseline: Admission GAF score, <br />Fall Ages & Stages, Katz Checklist. <br />Outcome: As of 9/30/2016, twenty (20) children and eleven (11) adults enrolled in the <br />Childcare Resources program were referred for therapy to the Mental Health Association. <br />Fifteen (15) children and nine (9) adults attended two (2) or more therapy sessions to date. <br />P174 <br />
