AUG j8 Iqn° <br />9. <br />h`) �_ � Fac <br />BOOK I f'�, �� 9 . <br />*LDR Section 954-05(45) allows for a maximum of 30% of the <br />required automobile parking spaces for a packinghouse to be <br />un -paved, stabilized parking spaces. The applicant has <br />elected to use this non -paving option for 11 parking spaces or <br />29% of the total number of spaces required. <br />Tractor Trailer/Truck: <br />Required: 19,000 sq.ft. 10 spaces <br />@ 1 space/2,000 sq.ft. <br />Provided: Standard 10 spaces <br />Stormwater Management: The Stormwater Management Plan has <br />been approved by the Public Works Department, and Public Works <br />has indicated that a Type "A" Stormwater Permit will be <br />issued. <br />10. Landscape Plan: The landscape plan is in conformance with <br />Land Development Regulations (LDR) Chapter 926, Landscape and <br />Buffer Requirements. <br />11. Utilities: The project will utilize public water and <br />wastewater service. Both the County Utilities Department and <br />the Environmental Health Department have approved utilizing <br />these services. <br />12. Required Improvements: Pursuant to LDR Section 911.10(6), the <br />applicant may be required to provide bikeways, sidewalks and <br />streetlights in relation to the project. The applicant must <br />provide for the following in relation to this project: <br />a. Bikeway: The applicant is not required to provide a <br />bikeway by the County's Bikeway/Sidewalk Plan. <br />b. Sidewalk: The applicant is required to provide 5' wide <br />public sidewalks along the project site's Old Dixie <br />Highway and U.S. Highway #1 frontages. The required <br />sidewalks have been depicted on the site plan, and are to <br />be provided as part of the project. <br />C. Streetlights: The applicant is required to provide <br />streetlighting. The applicant has agreed to provide <br />streetlighting which will illuminate the project's Old <br />Dixie Highway/driveway and U.S. Highway #1/driveway <br />intersections. <br />13. Thoroughfare Plan: <br />C Old Dixie Highway: <br />The County's Thoroughfare Plan designates Old Dixie Highway as <br />a collector roadway with a minimum required right-of-way width <br />Of 80'. Currently, a 66' wide right-of-way exists for Old <br />Dixie Highway. However, the Public Works Department has <br />elected not to purchase additional right-of-way for Old Dixie <br />Highway at this time. A small portion of a stormwater tract <br />has been proposed to be located within the 80' 'ultimate right- <br />of-way area. However, no other improvements have been <br />proposed to be located within the Old Dixie Highway ultimate <br />right-of-way area. <br />28 <br />r <br />
