BOOK FA6E <br />AUG 25 ��92 <br />The cost of this reimbursement for construction shall ultimately be <br />recovered through assessment of surrounding properties as follows: <br />1) A portion of the force main will be included in the Rousseau River <br />Shores project along with the jack and bore. <br />2) The cost of oversizing of the electrical panel will be shared by <br />the property owners who will ultimately tie into the low pressure <br />system. <br />3) The engineering cost will also be recovered proportionally from <br />the aforementioned projects. <br />In the interim (prior to completion of the area projects), funding for <br />the construction of this project will come from the impact fee fund. <br />For specific details of the proposed agreement, see attached. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners authorize the execution of the attached <br />developers agreement. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Developer's Agreement with Nancy Moon for <br />utility oversizing, as recommended by staff. <br />DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - <br />ROSELAND WATER TOWER <br />The Board reviewed the following memo date 7/18/92: <br />DATE: JULY 17, 1992 <br />TO: JAMES E.
