Finney, SRA <br />County Right of Way Agent <br />♦� <br />SUBJECT: Additional Right -of -Way, 33rd Street & 1st Street SW / <br />Rex Thompson and Sid Stinson Parcels <br />DATE: September 1, 1992 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Indian River County needs an additional 30 feet of right-of-way for <br />the petition paving project on 1st Street SW and 33rd Street. The <br />Board of County Commissioners previously approved the purchase of <br />the right-of-way along these corridors on January 21, 1992. <br />Th4p property owners have signed a sale/purchase contract for each <br />of the parcels at the lands' appraised value of $.40 per square <br />foot for 1st Street SW and the appraised value of $.45 per square <br />foot for 33rd Street. <br />1) Rex Thompson, .fi acre, $2,156.00 <br />2) Sid Stinson; --,.11 acre, $1,916.64 <br />3) Sid Stinson, .11 acre, $1,916.64 titled Forest Acres, Inc. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Staff requests the Board accept the three contracts and direct the <br />Chairman to execute the contracts on the Board's behalf. <br />FUNDING <br />Petition Paving Project Account No. 173-214-541-066.12 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Eggert being absent) approved the three <br />contracts, as set out in the above staff <br />recommendation. <br />CONTRACTS ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />�]V <br />SEP 15' V9912 BOOK ®7 Fn -L564 <br />
