WORK ORDER NUMBER 2 <br />IRC -1139 <br />CR512 WESTBOUND RESURFACING (ROSELAND ROAD TO US1) AND <br />CR512 EASTBOUND RESURFACING (EASY STREET TO US1) <br />This Work Order Number 2 is entered into as of this day of , 201J pursuant to that <br />certain Annual Professional Geotechnical Engineering Services Agreement, dated September 23, 2014, and that <br />certain Renewal and Amendment of Annual Professional Geotechnical Engineering Services Agreement entered into <br />on the 20' day of September, 2016 collectively referred to as the "Agreement", by and between INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("COUNTY") and Andersen Andre Consulting Engineers, Inc. <br />("Geotechnical Professional"). <br />The COUNTY has selected the Geotechnical Professional to perform the professional services set forth on <br />Exhibit A (Scope of Services), attached to this Work Order No. 2 and made part hereof by this reference. The <br />professional services will be performed by the Consultant for the fee schedule set forth in Exhibit A (Fee Schedule), <br />attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference. The Consultant will perform the professional <br />services within the timeframes more particularly set forth in Exhibit A, attached to this Work Order and made a part <br />hereof by this reference all in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the Agreement.
