Since the relocation of the existing watermain will be performed by IRCDUS's labor contractor and not under <br />the Utility Work by Highway Contractor Agreement, the funds that were deposited into the State Transportation <br />Trust Fund on February 8, 2017 now will be refunded. <br />FUNDING: <br />Funding for the water main relocation is available in the Renewal and Replacement budget in the operating <br />fund.
