Dependent upon BOCCApproval <br />and Contract execution. <br />• PERMITS — Building permits to be obtained by Contractor, NPDES (should be under the threshold <br />to require NPDES) <br />• All Staging shall occur within the confines of the existing parking area unless otherwise arranged <br />by the Contractor. Any staging within City of Vero Beach right of way will require permission in <br />writing. (either via permit or in writing from the COVB Public Works Director) <br />• The Contractor's staff will only be required to go through additional screening for personnel who <br />are required to enter the courthouse building. This will require several days for pre -clearance <br />and shall be coordinated with the IRC Project Manager. <br />• Contractor shall be responsible for providing for parking facilities for their work staff. (This is <br />downtown City of Vero Beach so parking will be a challenge successful bidders will need to <br />plan for that.) <br />• Any impacts to 15th Avenue right-of-way/traffic will require coordination with City of Vero Beach <br />Public Works. Any large equipment being used or parked in the travel way of 15th Avenue shall <br />be accompanied by flagmen. This will be enforced as 15th Avenue is a heavily traveled street. <br />QUESTIONS RECEIVED TO DATE: <br />1. Request for Information: Please provide the specification for the gate operators. <br />a. Hysecurity Model Operator specifications provided (See Hardcopy Package). This shall be <br />provided as part of the meeting minutes' package for the pre-bid meeting. <br />2. What is the finish for the gates? <br />a. Answer: Powder Coated <br />DISCUSSION <br />Will there be a point of contact to integrate the new security system with the existing system? <br />Rich Szpyrka: The contact person will be Manny Cabo the Indian River County <br />Telecommunications Manager. <br />Will the judges be parking elsewhere and be informed by the County of the project? Yes, the <br />judges have been informed that entire parking area will be needed. It is possible the they will <br />be parked directly across the street in dedicated parking spaces. <br />Will there be information regarding everyone from today's meeting provided on DemandStar for <br />us to have access to?
