Utilities: The project will connect to county water service <br />and utilize a septic tank system for wastewater disposal. <br />These utility provisions have been approved by the County <br />Department of Utility Services and the State Health <br />Department. <br />12. Dedication & Improvements: Pursuant to the adopted Sidewalk <br />and Bikeway Plan, a 5' sidewalk is required along the project <br />site's 27th Avenue road frontage.
