Award to the low bidder, Davis Meter. for Groups I-IV for <br />Utility Supplies and Meters. Award Group V to PB & S <br />Chemicals for Liquid Chlorine. <br />2. Establish an open end contract with Davis Meter with a <br />not to exceed amount of se5,000.00, PB & S Chemicals with <br />a not to exceed amount of $35,000.00 during the contract <br />period. <br />3. Authorize the Purchasing Manager to renew this contract <br />subject to satisfactory performance, zero cost increase, <br />vendor acceptance, and the determination that renewal is <br />In the best interest of the 'County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously awarded <br />Bid #3006 to Davis Meter for utility supplies and <br />materials in a not -to -exceed amount of $85,000.00, <br />and to PB & S Chemicals for liquid chlorine in a <br />not -to -exceed amount of $35,000.00, as set out in <br />staff's memorandum. <br />C� <br />
