Unanticipated Services _ <br />Additional meetings exceeding 10 meetings as agreed <br />in this agreement @ $750.00 per meeting and as may be <br />required with the authorization of the Director of <br />Utility Services with upper limit of $10,000.00 <br />The estimated construction cost is $1,150,000.00. Because of the <br />uniqueness of the project, there are no guidelines to follow in <br />setting the consultant's fee. The amount is determined by the <br />estimated time to perform the scope of services. Funding for the <br />design, permitting, and other professional services for this project <br />shall be from the sewer impact fee fund. <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve Work Authorization No. 2 and authorize <br />the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners to execute Work <br />Authorization No. 2. If the Board does not approve the work <br />authorization, the staff recommend proceeding to the No. 2 firm, <br />J. M.
