5. ADVISORY STATUS. <br />The Firearms Range Advisory Committee shall be advisory only <br />and the members shall serve without compensation. <br />6. GENERAL PROVISIONS. i <br />The provisions of Title 1, Chapter 103, relating to advisory <br />boards and commissions shall apply to this committee. <br />The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br />Eggert and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Tippin and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Commissioner <br />Richard <br />N. Bird <br />Chairman <br />DISCUSSION REGARDING PROPOSED CHANGES IN COMM MITY TRANSPORTATION <br />COORDINATOR FOR TRANSPORTATION DISADVANTAGED AND PLANNING AGENCIES <br />Commissioner Eggert reported that legislation would be <br />proposed which, in essence, states that if you are a county <br />transportation coordinator you cannot be a provider. This would <br />eliminate our current program. Commissioner Eggert requested <br />authority of the Board to express objection to that proposed <br />legislation. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />e Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously <br />authorized Commissioner Eggert to present our <br />objection to the proposed legislation regarding <br />community transportation coordinators and planning <br />agencies. <br />81 <br />A� 31993 �aoK �e.,C 17 7 <br />
