Semi -Annual Bond Review <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 6/16/93: <br />TO: James E. Chandler, County Administrator <br />THRU: Jack Price, Personnel Director <br />FROM: Beth Jordan, Risk ManagerK <br />DATE: 16 June 1993 <br />SUBJECT: Semi -Annual -Bond Review <br />Please consider this item for the Board of County Commissioners' <br />July 6. 1993, consent agenda. <br />Background <br />Chapter 137.05, Florida Statutes,, requires the Board of County <br />Commissioners to review the bonds of County officers twice <br />annually. The Board last reviewed the bonds in January, 1993. <br />Analysis <br />We have reviewed copies of the bond for each Commissioner and <br />Constitutional Officer and found them to be in keeping with <br />statutory requirements. <br />Recommendation <br />Following review, no further action is required of the Board. <br />10 <br />
