ROUSSEAU RIVER SHORES WASTEWATER - CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 AND FINAL PAY <br />REQUEST -- <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated July 28, 1993: <br />:!'E : JULY 28, 199 3 <br />TO: JAMES E. IIS -92 -08 -CS <br />The construction of the assessment project sewer and Master -planned <br />lift station to serve Rousseau River Shores and the surrounding area <br />is now complete. We are therefore coming to the Board of County <br />Commissioners for approval of the final pay request and final change <br />order. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The original contract was for the amount of $39,445.50. Approval of <br />this change order will raise the total contract amount to <br />$39,946.60, for a total contract increase of $501:10. (See attached <br />pay request and change order.) <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve both the final pay request and <br />Change Order No. 1 with Treasure Coast Contracting as presented. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />Change Order No. 1 and final payment to Treasure <br />Coast Contracting, Inc., as recommended by staff. <br />CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />37 <br />AUG 101993 BOOK 99 F,.u1.85 <br />
