No building or structure shall be located closer than <br />thirty (30) feet to any property line abutting a <br />residential use or residentially designated property; <br />b. Access shall be from a major thoroughfare unless <br />otherwise approved by the public works department; <br />C. Any accessory residential use, day care facility or <br />school upon the premises shall provide such additional <br />lot area as required for such use by this section and <br />shall further be subject to all conditions set forth by <br />the reviewing procedures and standards for that <br />particular use. Accessory residential uses may include <br />convents, monasteries, rectories or parsonages as <br />required by these regulations; <br />d. Type "C" screening shall be provided along all property <br />boundaries where the facility is located adjacent to a <br />single-family residentially designated property. Type <br />"D" screening shall be provided along all property <br />boundaries when the facility is located adjacent to a <br />multiple -family residentially designated property. <br />All of the above specific land use criteria have been <br />satisfied by this site plan application. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Based on the analysis performed, staff recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners grant special exception use approval for the <br />requested expansion. <br />Planning Director Stan Boling pointed out that staff's <br />recommendation for special exception use approval does not include <br />any conditions. <br />Chairman Bird opened the Public Hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter. There being none, he closed the <br />Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously granted <br />special exception use approval for the expansion of <br />St. Augustine of Canterbury Episcopal Church, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - WATER SERVICE TO 102ND TERRACE & 99TH WAY - <br />RESOLUTION III - (Continued from BCC Meeting of August 10, 1993) <br />The hour of 9:05 o'clock a.m. having passed, the County <br />Attorney announced that this Public Hearing is being continued from <br />August 10, 1993 at which time it was properly advertised. <br />24 <br />
