The Department has negotiated the attached Work Authorization No. <br />1 (copy attached) under the Master Agreement to address the above <br />needs. It has been <br />the requirement in the past to have someone from the outside to <br />come in and analyze these numbers to give an assurance of an <br />independent look at what the needs are in the county. <br />57 <br />Boo!( 90 F,;r �� <br />
