F_ <br />BOOK 91 PAGE 1.36 <br />Water <br />With the proposed land use designation, the subject property could <br />accommodate 477 residential units, resulting in water consumption <br />at a rate of 477 Equivalent Residential Units (ERU), or 119,250 <br />gallons/day. This is based upon a level of service of 250 <br />gallons/ERU/day. The subject property is presently served by the <br />South County Reverse Osmosis Plant which currently has a remaining <br />capacity of approximately 2,400,000 gallons/day and can accommodate <br />the additional demand generated by the proposed amendment. When <br />the North County Reverse Osmosis -Plant is complete, it will serve <br />the subject property. This plant, which is currently under <br />construction, will have a capacity .of approximately 2,000,000 <br />gallons/day and will be able to -accommodate the additional demand <br />generated by the proposed amendment. <br />34 <br />Segment <br />Roadway <br />Capacity <br />Segment <br />Road <br />From <br />To <br />LOS "D" <br />3045 <br />58th <br />Avenue <br />49th Street <br />65th Street <br />630 <br />3050 <br />58th <br />Avenue <br />65th Street <br />69th Street <br />630 <br />3055 <br />58th <br />Avenue <br />69th Street <br />C.R. 510 <br />630 <br />3170 <br />66th <br />Avenue <br />69th Street <br />C.R. 510 <br />630 <br />3310 <br />82nd <br />Avenue <br />Oslo Road <br />4th Street <br />630 <br />3320 <br />82nd <br />Avenue <br />4th Street <br />12th Street <br />630 <br />3330 <br />82nd <br />Avenue <br />12th Street <br />S.R. 60 <br />630 <br />Existing Demand <br />Total <br />Available <br />Positive <br />Roadway <br />Existing Vested <br />Segment <br />Segment <br />Project <br />Concurrency <br />Segment <br />Volume Volume <br />Demand <br />Capacity <br />Demand <br />Determination <br />1020 <br />665 <br />84 <br />749 <br />571 <br />22 <br />Y <br />1030 <br />805 <br />83 <br />889 <br />172 <br />22 <br />Y <br />1040 <br />890 <br />59 <br />949 <br />171 <br />22 <br />Y <br />1050 <br />760 <br />24 <br />784 <br />456 <br />22 <br />Y <br />1060 <br />458 <br />15 <br />473 <br />837 <br />30 <br />Y <br />1070 <br />458 <br />14 <br />472 <br />838 <br />30 <br />Y <br />1080 <br />405 <br />35 <br />440 <br />870 <br />30 <br />Y <br />1160 <br />509 <br />45 <br />554 <br />1206 <br />30 <br />Y <br />1210 <br />1030 <br />1 <br />1031 <br />2499 <br />38 <br />Y <br />1315 <br />1228 <br />86 <br />1304 <br />956 <br />30 <br />Y <br />1320 <br />1228 <br />83 <br />1301 <br />959 <br />30 <br />Y <br />1325 <br />1526 <br />90 <br />1616 <br />754 <br />30 <br />Y <br />1330 <br />1341 <br />99 <br />1440 <br />830 <br />44 <br />Y <br />1335 <br />1341 <br />109 <br />1450 <br />820 <br />44 <br />Y <br />1340 <br />1143 <br />91 <br />1234 <br />1066 <br />89 <br />Y <br />1345 <br />1143 <br />117 <br />1260 <br />1040 <br />89 <br />Y <br />1350 <br />1309 <br />86 <br />1395 <br />905 <br />89 <br />Y <br />1355 <br />1309 <br />38 <br />1347 <br />953 <br />89 <br />Y <br />1360 <br />910 <br />78 <br />988 <br />1312 <br />89 <br />Y <br />1365 <br />910 <br />45 <br />955 <br />1695 <br />89 <br />Y <br />1370 <br />910 <br />44 <br />954 <br />1696 <br />89 <br />Y <br />1375 <br />910 <br />53 <br />963 <br />1687 <br />89 <br />Y <br />1380 <br />910 <br />35 <br />945 <br />1705 <br />89 <br />Y <br />1385 <br />988- <br />40 <br />1028 <br />1622 <br />89 <br />Y <br />1720 <br />365 <br />92 <br />457 <br />173 <br />60 <br />Y <br />1730 <br />385 <br />24 <br />409 <br />221 <br />27 <br />Y <br />1740 <br />385 <br />13 <br />398 <br />232 <br />27 <br />Y <br />1810 <br />422 <br />91 <br />513 <br />117 <br />235 <br />N <br />1820 <br />422 <br />35 <br />477 <br />173 <br />187 <br />N <br />1830 <br />422 <br />32 <br />474 <br />176 <br />149 - <br />Y <br />1840 <br />393 <br />30 <br />423 <br />207 <br />45 <br />Y <br />2120 <br />1179 <br />53 <br />1232 <br />528 <br />30 <br />Y <br />3030 <br />523 <br />113 <br />636 <br />194 <br />38 <br />Y <br />3035 <br />435 <br />24 <br />659 <br />171 <br />38 <br />Y <br />3040 <br />332 <br />21 <br />353 <br />277 <br />38 <br />Y <br />3045 <br />369 <br />28 <br />397 <br />233 <br />38 <br />Y <br />3050 <br />369 <br />10 <br />379 <br />251 <br />38 <br />Y <br />3055 <br />266 <br />32 <br />298 <br />332 <br />38 <br />Y <br />3170 <br />201 <br />14 <br />215 <br />415 <br />38 <br />Y <br />3310 <br />116 <br />8 <br />124 <br />506 <br />38 <br />Y <br />3320 <br />116 <br />9 <br />125 <br />505 <br />38 <br />Y <br />3330 <br />227 <br />26 <br />253 <br />377 <br />38 <br />Y <br />Water <br />With the proposed land use designation, the subject property could <br />accommodate 477 residential units, resulting in water consumption <br />at a rate of 477 Equivalent Residential Units (ERU), or 119,250 <br />gallons/day.
