O'Brien to James Davis dated <br />Dec. 10, 1993 <br />December 17, 1993 FILE: RMAM <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />During the 1993/94 Budget hearings, the Board approved funding in the amount <br />of $20,000 to research Murphy Deed Reservations along County Roads which were <br />previously on the State Road System. The attached RFP has been prepared to <br />request proposals from title companies to perform the title search work. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends that staff be authorized to advertise the attached RFP. <br />Funding to be from the Transportation Fund - Engineering Division Account <br />111-244-541-033.19. <br />28 <br />
