PINTO <br />DIRECTOR OF UTILITY' S S <br />PREPARED WILLIAM F N <br />AND STAFFED CAPIT S ENGI <br />BY: DEP ENT UT Y SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: INDIAN FARMS R/W LEASE AGREEMENT RENEWAL <br />BACKGROUND/ANALYSIS <br />As a result of County Utilities installations within Indian River <br />Farm's Right -of -Way, the County must sign a lease and agreement on <br />an annual basis. (See Attached Indian River Farm's Lease <br />Agreements). <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends <br />execution of the attached lease agreements as presented. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously agreed to <br />renew the lease agreement with Indian River Farms, <br />as recommended by staff. <br />PERMIT AND INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />PETITION WATER SERVICE - 10TH COURT.
