Traffic Circulation: The site will be accessed off 8th Street <br />by a single 22' wide driveway. This driveway will access <br />parking areas to the side (west side) and rear (north side) of <br />the proposed buildings. The access to the site and the <br />internal traffic circulation plan have been approved by the <br />Traffic Engineering Division. <br />9. Off -Street Parking: Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 954 <br />for off-street parking, the site is required to provide <br />parking at a ratio of one parking space for every 3 seats. <br />Therefore, the per phase parking requirements for the site are <br />as follows: <br />phase 1 (120 seats): required parking: <br />proposed parking: <br />phase 1 & 2 (447 seats): required parking: <br />proposed parking: <br />40 spaces <br />40 spaces <br />149 spaces <br />149 spaces <br />10. Stormwater Management: The stormwater management plan has <br />been approved by the Public Works Department, and a Type "A" <br />stormwater permit will be issued. <br />County Public Works intends to coordinate with the <br />construction of the church project to extend a 10' wide swale <br />within an existing 20' wide county easement that runs along <br />the western boundary of the subject site. The swale <br />improvement should help relieve drainage problems in the area. <br />The county and applicant will coordinate construction of the <br />outfall Swale with that of the drainage improvements for the <br />church project. The applicant has agreed to grant the county <br />permission to use the church property during construction of <br />the swale due to the physical constraints of the easement and <br />the site. 12 <br />
