RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Board accept the invitation to serve as the coordinating unit of <br />government in the FDCA Anti -Drug Abuse act Grant Program and authorize the Board <br />Chairman to sign the Certification of Participation naming Joseph A. Baird, Budget <br />Director, as the contact person. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Florida Department of Community Affairs Anti - <br />Drug Abuse Certification of Participation for the <br />1994-95 Fiscal Year, as recommended by OMB Director <br />Joseph A.
