This certificate was necessary in order to comply with <br />Indian River Code of Laws and Ordinances as specified in Chapter <br />304 as an EMS ALS Provider. <br />The Town of Indian River Shores determined in 1990 that the <br />municipality would continue with the public safety concept for <br />emergency services and opted not to participate in the emergency <br />services referendum which established an Emergency Services Special <br />103 <br />APR 12 1994 <br />a� K U4 PACE IN <br />
