The County has not provided the information required pursuant to Statute and Rule which is necessary to complete the application and allow the Department to begin the review process. The Department will proceed forward with the project review upon receipt of the information required to complete the application. Permit issuance is contingent upon receipt of the additional information required and resolution of the outstanding issues such as project configuration, impacts to the shoreline and other issues identified in recent completeness correspondence.
