ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />Change Order No. 11 for a $40,000 reduction to the <br />contract with James A. Cummings to finish the <br />interiors of the elevators on this project, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />CHANGE ORDER #11 IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />PUBLIC HEARING - ST. EDWARD'S SCHOOL REQUEST FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION <br />USE AND CONCEPTUAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL (REVISED PLAN) -- continued <br />from 4112194 <br />Attorney Vitunac advised that because this public hearing is <br />being continued from the BCC meeting of April 12, 1994, it was not <br />necessary to publish another notice. <br />Chairman Tippin announced that County Attorney Charles Vitunac <br />has advised that the request for special exception use falls under <br />the new Snyder and James Rule and all persons who testify -must be <br />placed under oath. <br />Staff and members of the audience who planned to address the <br />Board regarding this item stood and were duly sworn by Attorney <br />Vitunac. <br />Planning Director Stan Boling explained the two conditions of <br />approval recommended by staff: <br />TO: James E.
