� ® a <br />ANALYSIS <br />We -have received a proposal from Indian River Memorial Hospital's <br />Contractor, Cathco, Inc., to perform the construction at a cost of <br />$5,800.00. (See attached proposal.) This would include replacement of <br />the existing 120 foot section, testing and chlorinating. Indian River <br />Memorial Hospital will pay the contractor and Indian River County will <br />reimburse Indian River Memorial Hospital. Carter Associates, Inc. is <br />coordinating this effort at no cost. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends approval of the subject <br />installation at a cost of $5,800.00 to be -paid for out of renewal and <br />replacement funds. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />the subject installation at a cost of $5,800 to be <br />paid for from renewal and replacement funds, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />16TH STREET WATER LINE <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 4/29/94: <br />DATE: APRIL 29, 1994 <br />TO: JAMES E.
