r <br />JUN 7 1994 <br />ANALYSIS: <br />Bm 92 Pxu 565 <br />The applicant has not constructed any of the subdivision. <br />improvements and will be bonding -out for future construction of the <br />required improvements. The public works department has reviewed <br />and approved the engineer's certified cost estimate and <br />corresponding cash deposit and escrow agreement amount. The county <br />attorney's office has reviewed and approved the submitted contract <br />for construction and cash deposit and escrow agreement. It <br />should be noted that all improvements within Windsor will be <br />private, with the exception of certain utilities facilities that <br />will be dedicated to Indian River County and will be warranted by <br />the Utility Services Department's "Bill of Sale" procedures. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners: <br />1. Grant final plat approval for the 5.70 acre replat of Windsor <br />blocks 18, 19, and 20; and <br />2. Authorize the Chairman to execute the submitted Contract for <br />Construction of RemaiAin:g Improvements and to execute the Cash <br />Deposit and Escrow Agreement that secures the contract. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board granted final <br />plat approval for the 5.70 acre replat of <br />Windsor blocks 18, 19, and 20; and authorized <br />the Chairman to execute the submitted Contract <br />for Construction of Required Improvements and <br />the Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreement, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />CONTRACT AND CASH DEPOSIT AND ESCROW AGREEMENT <br />ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />10 <br />
