<br />NOTICE - PUBLIC HEARING
<br />Notice of hearing to consider the adoption of a
<br />county ordinance rezoning land from: A-1, Agrfcul-
<br />tural District (up to 1 unit/5 acres) to RS -3, male
<br />Family Residential District (up to 3 units/acre). The
<br />subject property is presently owned by Reimer As-
<br />sociates, Inc. The subject property Is located on the
<br />south side of 4th Street, between 43rd Avenue and
<br />'`58th Avenue, and contains approximately 38 acres.
<br />The subject property ries in the Southwest 1/4 sec-
<br />tion of Section 16, township 33S, Range 39E, lying
<br />and being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />A public hearing at which parties in Interest and
<br />citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, will
<br />be held by the Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, in the County Commis-
<br />sion Chambers of the County Administration Build-
<br />ing, located at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Flor-
<br />Ida on Tuesday, July 26,1994, at 9:05 a.m.
<br />The Board of County Commissioners may adopt
<br />another zoning _ district, other than the district re-
<br />quested, provided it Is within the same general use
<br />ca
<br />w:ny'o who may wish to appeal any decision
<br />which may be made at this meeting wM meed to en-
<br />sure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is
<br />made, which includes testimony and evidence upon
<br />which the appeal is based.
