The attached Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $8,267.23, increases Natureland's contract amount to $23,305.01. The tree grant will fund $21,444 of the contract amount for the planting of 172 trees. The County is responsible for funding $1,861.01 for the planting of saw palmettos and ground cover as part of the local match. The remainder of the County's 50/50 local match has already been expended on the installation of irrigation during Round Island Park Phase I Improvements. RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING Staff recommends that the Board approve Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $8,267.23 for a new contract amount of $23,305.01. Funding is from Account No. 001-2'10-572-066.51. The County has requested a proposal from Kimley-Horn to three lane A1A from a point approximately midway between Mooringline Drive and Windward Way north to Harbor Drive.
