Davis, P.E., <br />Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT: Request for County Road Grading of Non - <br />maintained Road Right -of -Ways: <br />1) 26th Court SW between 13th Street SW and 14th <br />Street SW (Oslo Road) <br />2) 103rd Court between 93rd Street and CR512 <br />REF. LETTER: 1) Jurgen Muller to James <br />Davis dated June 7, 1994 <br />2) Dennis Freese to Jim <br />Davis dated June 30, 1994 <br />DATE: July 20, 1994 FILE: 266103.A@I <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Requests have been received for the County Public Works Department <br />to begin grading 26th Court SW between 13th Street SW and 14th <br />Street SW and 103rd Court between 93rd Street and CR512. Both <br />roads are located in County dedicated right-of-ways but have not <br />been historically graded. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Staff has evaluated the requests under the evaluation criteria for <br />non -maintained roads. A score of 80 points was assigned to 26th <br />Court and 85 points assigned to 103rd Court. A minimum score of 75 <br />points has been previously used for staff to recommend maintenance <br />grading. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Since evaluation of both roads resulted in a score of greater than <br />75 points, staff recommends that they be added to the County road <br />grading routes. <br />56 <br />July 26, 1994 <br />
