Davis, P.R., <br />Public Works Director` <br />FROM: Terry B. Thompson, P.E. <br />Capital Projects Manager <br />SUBJECT: License Agreement <br />Traffic Control Devices <br />Indian River Boulevard Right -of -Way <br />DATE: July 25, 1994 <br />GHA, Grand Harbor Ltd. has installed stop signs on decorative <br />posts at Grand Harbor Boulevard within the Indian River Boulevard <br />right-of-way. The attached license agreement provides for the <br />maintenance and repair of these decorative posts. The -license <br />agreement also holds the County harmless against claims for <br />damages arising out of the use of County right-of-way- . - <br />DATIONS AND FORDING <br />Staff recommends that the Board approve the attached license <br />agreement. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />the License Agreement with GHA Grand Harbor, Ltd., <br />as recommended by staff. <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />26 <br />August 2, 1994 <br />
