Traffic Circulation: The site will continue to utilize the <br />Old Dixie Highway driveway as the primary access to the site, <br />as well as two access points off 1st Street S.W. as secondary <br />access points. The parsonage will be accessed via the <br />existing internal traffic circulation system. Access to the <br />site and the internal traffic circulation plan have been <br />approved by the Traffic Engineering Division. <br />9. Off -Street Parking: Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 954 <br />for off-street parking, the church is required to provide <br />parking at a ratio of one parking space for every 3 seats and <br />two (2) parking spaces for the parsonage. <br />Required parking: 98 spaces <br />Proposed parking: 98 spaces <br />10. Stormwater Management: The stormwater management plan has <br />been approved by the Public Works Department, and a Type "A" <br />stormwater permit will be issued. <br />11. Utilities: The site is currently serviced by county potable <br />water and on-site septic systems. County wastewater service <br />is not available to the site at this time. Therefore, the <br />applicant must execute a Developer's Agreement with county <br />utilities in regards to future connection to a county <br />wastewater system. Based on the agreement,the Department of <br />Utility Services and Environmental Health Department have <br />approved these utility provisions. <br />12. Health -and Rehabilitative Services (HRS): The Environmental <br />Health Services Unit for the county has no objection to the <br />proposed site plan application or the special exception use <br />approvals.
