"RF/OF Performance Security'' has the meaning assigned in Section 11. "Security Documentation" has the meaning assigned to it in Section 12. "Term" has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3. "Termination Date" means the date upon which this Contract terminates unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions hereof. This date is specified in Section 4. "Termination Fee" means the fee described in Appendix B as it applies to any Capacity Payments made under Option 13, C or D. "Termination Security" has the meaning assigned to it in Section 12. "Transmission Provider" means the operator(s) of the Transmission System(s) or any successor thereof or any other entity or entities authorized to transmit Energy on behalf of RF/QF from the Electrical Interconnection Point.
