SECTION 01220 <br /> PROGRESS MEETINGS <br /> 1.1 SCOPE <br /> A. Date and Time: <br /> 1. Regular Meetings: As mutually agreed upon by ENGINEER and <br /> CONTRACTOR. <br /> 2. Other Meetings: On call. <br /> B. Place: CONTRACTOR'S office at Project site or other mutually agreed upon <br /> location. <br /> C. ENGINEER shall prepare agenda, preside at meetings, and prepare and <br /> distribute a transcript of proceedings to all parties. <br /> D. CONTRACTOR shall provide data required and be prepared to discuss all items <br /> on agenda. <br /> 1.2 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE <br /> A. CONTRACTOR <br /> B. SUBCONTRACTOR: <br /> When needed for the discussion of a particular agenda item, CONTRACTOR <br /> shall require representatives of Subcontractors or suppliers to attend a meeting. <br /> C. CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION MANAGER <br /> D. OWNER'S representative, if required. <br /> E. Utility Representatives <br /> F. Others as appropriate. <br /> G. Representatives present for each party shall be authorized to act on their behalf. <br /> 1.3 AGENDA <br /> Agenda will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following: <br /> 1. Transcript of previous meeting. <br /> 2. Progress since last meeting. <br /> 3. Planned progress for next period. <br /> 4. Problems, conflicts and observations. <br /> 5. Change Orders. <br /> 6. Status of Shop Drawings. <br /> 7. Quality standards and control. <br /> 8. Schedules, including off-site fabrication and delivery schedules. Corrective <br /> measures, if required. <br /> 9. Coordination between parties. <br /> 10. Safety concerns. <br /> 11.
