D. Final Inspection Meeting <br />1. Scheduled by Owner and Engineer upon written notification of final completion <br />of work from the Contractor. <br />2. Attendance: Owner, Engineer, Contractor. <br />3. Minimum Agenda: Verification of final completion including the completion of <br />the punch list items. <br />4. Refer to Section 01 77 00 for other requirements. <br />1.04 REPORTS <br />A. Weekly Construction Reports: Prepare a weekly construction report recording the fol- <br />lowing information concerning events at Project site and Fax or email a copy to the Engi- <br />neer by noon on the following Monday: <br />1. Approximate daily count of personnel at Project Site. <br />2. Daily material deliveries. <br />3. Daily High and low temperatures and general weather conditions. <br />4. Accidents. <br />5. Unusual events. <br />6. Stoppages, delays, shortages, and losses. <br />7. Orders and requests of authorities having jurisdiction. <br />8. Change Orders received and implemented. <br />9. Change Directives received and implemented. <br />10.
