Record Specifications: Submit one copy of Project's Specifications, including addenda <br />and contract modifications. Mark copy to indicate the actual product installation where <br />installation varies from that indicated in Specifications, addenda, and contract modifica- <br />tions. <br />1. Give particular attention to information on concealed products and installations <br />that cannot be readily identified and recorded later. <br />2. Mark copy with the proprietary name and model number of products, materials, <br />and equipment furnished, including substitutions and product options selected. <br />3. Contractor's five (5) year warranty on their company letterhead using sample contained <br />in the Project Manual. <br />Contractor will be required to attend two post construction field inspections: the <br />first no earlier than twenty -three (23) months and no later than twenty-four (24) <br />months after the date of Final Completion and the second no earlier than fifty- <br />nine (59) months and no later than sixty (60) months. Contractor shall complete <br />any corrective action requested by Owner, Engineer, or Manufacturer at no addi- <br />tional cost to the Owner. <br />D.
