SECTION 07 62 00 <br />SHEET METAL FLASHING AND TRIM <br />PART GENERAL <br />1.01 WORK INCLUDED <br />A. Fabrication and installation of new sheet metal flashings and trim to provide a <br />permanently watertight condition. <br />1.02 . REFERENCES <br />A. Refer to the following references for specification compliance: <br />1. Florida Building Code (FBC) <br />2. American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) <br />3. National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) <br />4. Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA) <br />5. ANSI/SPRI ES -1 <br />1.03 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Refer to Section 013 3 00 -Product Submittals for Submittals. <br />B. Manufacturer's Product Data Sheets for all materials specified certifying material <br />complies with all specified requirements. <br />C. Pre -finished sheet metal and sealant color chart. <br />D. Shop Drawings for any transitions and/or terminations not depicted in Contract <br />Drawings. <br />1.04 1 MOCK-UPS <br />A. Provide mock-ups of the following sheet metal components prior to fabrication of the <br />components: <br />1. Gutter: Provide mock-up of gutter, gutter bracket and gutter hanger. Mock-up <br />shall include one lap in gutter section. <br />2. Gravel Stop/Metal Edge and Fascia Cover: Provide minimum 10' length of gravel <br />stop/metal edge and fascia cover. Include at least one lap of each component. <br />3. Counter Flashing: Provide minimum 10' length of counter flashing and cleat <br />mock-up. Mock-up shall include at least one seam of the configuration specified. <br />Provide mock-up of any receiver and/or counter flashing components as part of <br />the detail. <br />1.05 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Installation shall comply with the Contract Drawings and current SMACNA <br />Architectural Sheet Metal Manual. <br />B.
