BOOK FLUE <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION. MOTION <br />FAILED 1-3 (Commissioners Adams, Bird, and <br />Tippin dissenting; Commissioner Eggert being <br />absent). <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board, by a 3-1 vote <br />(Commissioner Macht dissenting; Commissioner <br />Eggert being absent), approved the County <br />Administrator's recommendation to fund the <br />Sheriff's Department the estimated amount of <br />$294,062 for the 10 months remaining in the <br />fiscal year. <br />SECURITY FOR COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING <br />During an earlier discussion on courthouse security, Chairman <br />Tippin asked the Administrator to investigate hiring roving <br />security for the Administration Building since there had been some <br />recent incidents which could have been mitigated by security. <br />Discussion was held. <br />THE BOARD REACHED CONSENSUS and asked staff to <br />investigate and report at next week's meeting <br />the costs for a roving security guard for the <br />County Administration Building. <br />AWARD RFP #5030 - MOVING CONTRACTOR FOR NEW RMIM L <br />COMPLEX <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated November 2., 1994: <br />32 <br />November 15, 1994 <br />
