Finney, SRA �. <br />County Right -of -Way Agent <br />SUWECT: Additional Right -of -Way Purchase / 1st Street SW / Ronald <br />& Denyse Fanaro Parcel <br />DATE: November 8, 1994 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Indian River County needs an additional 30 feet of right-of-way <br />for the petition paving project on 1st Street SW. The Board of <br />County Commissioners previously approved the purchase of the <br />right-of-way along this corridor on January 21, 1992. <br />The property owner has signed a sale/purchase contract for <br />$2,090.88 for the right-of-way parcel which is the land's <br />appraised value of $.40 per square foot. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff requests the Board of County Commissioners accept the <br />contract and direct the Chairman to execute the contract on the <br />Board's behalf. <br />FUNDING <br />Petition Paving Project Account No. 111-214-541-066.12 <br />NOVEMBER 229 1994 <br />7 <br />BOOK b J PAVE <br />
