You've Got the Grant — Now What? <br />Post -Award Activities: <br />1. Prepare Environmental Review <br />Record (ENVRR). <br />2. (Economic Development) Execute <br />Participating Party Agreement. <br />3. Prepare FONSI advertisement and <br />Request for Release of Funds (RROF). <br />4. Review/update/develop any required <br />grant policies and procedures <br />manuals. <br />5. Review all grant agreements for <br />compliance, requirements and <br />special conditions. <br />6. Establish grant performance <br />measures and benchmarks of <br />performance. <br />7. Develop program forms and checklist <br />for intake qualifications, bidding, and <br />contracting. <br />8. Provide a sample / review/ update <br />RFP/RFQ for contractors and vendors. <br />9. Recommend short list of vendors <br />(e.g. construction contractors, <br />surveyors, and any other remaining <br />services needed). <br />10. Vet all contractors and vendors. <br />Bring in Your Partners! <br />Outreach, Partner / <br />Vendor Training & Support: <br />• it <br />1. Develop operating procedures and <br />accompanying checklists and <br />standardized reports for your project <br />partners and vendors. <br />2. Provide training, support and <br />monitoring of the day to day activity <br />of the partners, vendors and your <br />staff. <br />3. Provide sample of vetting forms and <br />forms of agreement for contractors, <br />partners, and vendors. <br />4. Write RFP scopes of work and <br />provide 2 CFR 200 and State <br />language. <br />5. Attend pre-bid and bid meetings for <br />support. <br />6. Write technical assistance answers to <br />bid questions. <br />7. Technical assistance to selection <br />committees. <br />8. Develop scope and federal developed <br />agreements. <br />
