This work <br />was completed in accordance with the Continuing Contract Agreement for Professional Services <br />between Indian River County (IRC) Solid Waste Disposal District (SWDD) and CDM Smith Inc. (CDM <br />Smith), dated December 6, 2011 and extended on November 4, 2014 and October 24, 2017, under <br />Work Order No. CCNA2014-WO No. 12 dated January 16, 2018. This project completion report is to <br />serve as additional information to the final invoice (Invoice No. 90060663). <br />Each year SWDD is required to document full cost accounting and financial assurance in accordance <br />with Solid Waste Operations Permit. CDM Smith assists IRC SWDD with some of these submittals to <br />the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) each year. <br />TASK 1.0 - FULL COST ACCOUNTING EVALUATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2016-2017 <br />Under provisions of Chapter 62-708.300(3), Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), IRC SWDD is <br />required to determine and publicly disclose the full cost of solid waste management within its <br />service area for Fiscal Year 2016-2017. <br />CDM Smith prepared a Full Cost Accounting Report, which was delivered to IRC SWDD on <br />November 8, 2018. This report sets forth the full cost of solid waste management for Fiscal Year <br />2016-2017, in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 62-708, F.A.C. CDM Smith also <br />prepared a Public Notice Disclosure based on the full cost of solid waste management in IRC SWDD <br />for Fiscal Years 2016-2017. <br />1.9.3 <br />WATER + ENVIRONMENT +TRANSPORTATION + ENERGY + FACILITIES <br />
